Air quality in Sacramento worsens as Camp Fire smoke blows south

The city of Sacramento is experiencing poor air quality and low visibility due to smoke from the Cap Fire pushing towards the city.

Authorities have been offering residents free respirator masks to deal with the smoke, which are designed to protect the lungs from small particles in wildfire smoke and are available at fire stations.

This video, filmed from Esquire Tower in Sacramento, shows the city skyline barely visible.

Camp Fire stood at 30% containment as of Monday night, and has scorched 117,000 acres of land.
