Alleged drunk man tight-rope walks on high voltage power lines
An alleged drunk man was filmed tight-rope walking on high voltage power lines in southeastern China.
The terrifying video, filmed in Quanzhou City in Fujian Province on February 20, shows a man walking along the electric cables in mid-air.
A police car, an ambulance and a fire engine can be seen arriving on the site and an air bed was placed to try and protect the man if he fell.
After the power was cut, firefighters used a rescue vehicle to try to approach and take the man down from the power lines.
After two hours, the exhausted man climbed onto a tree and was finally saved by the rescuers. Then he was sent to hospital by the ambulance.
According to reports, the man had gotten quite drunk that day, causing him to climb the power lines.
