Info from Licensor: "Watch sweet little Bella bounce away to go get her toy! She may be special needs but she doesn't let that stop her!! She has a condition where her body doesn't produce enough myelin, which is responsible for transmitting messages down her spinal cord. Because of this the messages get down slower and crosses so she bounces away on her back legs."
