Big Rig Drives on Rims During Police Pursuit

Info from Licensor: "I caught this pursuit headed south on the 5 freeway in Anaheim. I was with it for a few hours. It was kind of sketchy because I knew nothing about what the driver's intentions were. It all worked out in the end. It ended on the 55 Freeway in Newport Beach after a long standoff. California Highway Patrol was the arresting department."
