Info from Licensor: "It was my best friend, Kinzie's, 21st birthday and I got her a bottle of champagne to pop off to celebrate. It took place in Madison, Wisconsin on our college apartment balcony. In the middle of opening the bottle, she dropped it and it fell and shot off."
