Blue Tide at Changi Beach

Info from Licensor: "My friends and I were lucky enough to witness this amazing phenomenon of blue tides along our shores. These are caused by Noctiluca, plankton that glow blue when disturbed by wave motion. Scientists think that they may do this to deter predators or attract bigger predators to eat their predators. Captured on 20 March 2022 at Changi Beach."
