Burning Vehicle Gets Covered in Snow

Info from Licensor: Passing one of the busiest intersections in the city, I witnessed the car on fire. Drivers who were passing by tried to extinguish the car when a nearby tractor that had a full bucket, threw it down on the front of the car. After 5-7 minutes, a firemen's special vehicle arrived and the flame was finally extinguished. If it were not for the tractor, everything could have burned or exploded.
