Car Blazes on California Freeway

Info from Licensor: "This was on the way up to North Hollywood from Orange County. Hit random traffic then came across this car. About twenty feet further there were a bunch of cars pulled to the side of the highway but no police or fire dept so it must’ve happened pretty recently."
