Careless Left Turn Causes Close Call on Busy Road

Info from Licensor: "Was driving home from picking up my wife from work after 3 pm and approached the exit/entrance to a Tim Hortons on Hwy 11 in Miramichi when all of a sudden a guy in a red pickup with utility trailer pulled across in front of us. I thought for sure I was going to hit him. I did turn around and basically gave him a few curse words and asked him if he could see and he said no so I told him he shouldn't be driving"
