Info from Licensor: "I was on the Carnival Mardi Gras docked next to the Carnival Freedom at Grand Turk in the Turks and Caicos when the Carnival Freedom smokestack caught on fire at about 7:30 am. The crew from the island and crew from the Mardi Gras were all helping to contain the fire."
