Info from Licensor: "Every year, our fire department has an ice fishing tournament. Thousands brave the bitter cold conditions in hopes of catching a fish and winning a prize. Very few catch fish and we were so excited when one of our group's members had a bite and we were sure it was the huge walleye that would win the big money!
