Child Dremel's Angel into Corvette

Info from Licensor: For my daughter's birthday, I was going to allow her to draw an angel on my car and I would drive around with it. One evening my wife and I left and I told her we would carve out the details when I got home and she took it as permission. It was an idea a friend gave us and she thought I was giving permission.
