Child Receives Swift Lesson in Deer Behavior
A better parent would say "back away slowly..." Anyway, we've had a lesson in deer behavior since this video. Stomping is a warning sign and a threatening gesture. This deer did not take kindly to Lina's return stomp and hand gesture. The deer showed no sign pervious sign of aggression to others in the area. Lina had a cut on her left check and a busied eye, but thankfully she is okay. Within a week she was all healed. She wants no harm to come to the deer.
