Chinese firefighters free puppy after it gets head stuck in rim of plastic bottle

Firefighters rescued a puppy after it got its head stuck in a part of a plastic bottle in central China.

In the video, shot in Guyuan county in Henan province on July 6, firemen use diagonal pliers, scissors and other tools to try to cut down the plastic bottle on the puppy's neck.

Two workers heard the newborn puppy moaning when they were working on site. They were about to use a pair of scissors to free the puppy but they were afraid of hurting the dog.

So they took the puppy to the fire station to ask for help from the firefighters.

After around 10 minutes, the puppy was freed. Then firefighters washed and dried it before returning it back to the workers.
