Chinese villagers build ‘peeing boy’ statue to divert spring water from mountain

A bizarre video from northwestern China of local villagers building up a "peeing boy" statue to divert natural spring water from the mountain.

In the clip, shot in Pingliang City in Gansu Province on March 24, a plastic bucket is placed under a statue which looks like a duplicate of "Manneken Pis" to get spring water.

The spring water from the mountain was diverted to the roadside for villagers to use. In order to limit the flow rate, they built up the "peeing boy" statue.
