Coal factory and streets submerged after nearby dam collapses in northern China

A coal preparation plant and surrounding streets were submerged after a nearby dam collapsed in northern China.

The video, filmed in Yan'an city in Shaanxi province today (August 1), shows water turning black after mixing with the coal and washing vehicles down the flooded streets.

In another clip, a man can be heard shouting, "the person has been flushed away," when a three-wheeler driver was being dragged down the road by the floodwater.

Another man who was caught up in the black water earlier was telling passersby about the incident on the roadside after escaped from it.

No casualties were reported and local relative departments are rescuing people.
