Commuters rush to save woman from being run over by train in western India

This is the heartstopping moment alert commuters save a woman from going under a moving train after she slips while boarding it in western India.

The incident, which was captured on CCTV cameras installed inside the facility, took place at Ahmedabad Railway Station in Guaraj state on July 11.

Visuals showed the train leaving the platform when a woman tries to board it.

However, she slips and her leg gets stuck in the gap between the train and the platform. Fortunately for her, commuters reacted as soon as she fell and pulled her out along with A Railway Protection Force personnel, thus saving her from a potentially fatal accident.

Reports said the unidentified woman suffered minor injuries while trying to board the Ahmedabad-Veraval Somnath Express from platform number 5 of the railway station.
