Cops in Right Place at Right Time

Info from Licensor: "We were exiting off of the 210 E freeway on Myrtle when my girlfriend and I were cut off by these two cars. A road rage incident ensued where one person came to kick the other person's car. We were speechless during the whole event. When the two road ragers started to drive off a cop quickly came to pull them over."
