Customer Leaves Cars with Warning About Warranty

Info from Licensor: "I heard it first as a rumour, that an unhappy customer had abandoned the car due to a failed warranty claim. I was driving past when I saw it and decided to take some pictures and video. I'd heard (again a rumour) that it hasn't been removed due to land ownership disputes, the council says its not theirs and landrover says it's not theirs."
