Dash cam footage catches glaring meteor flying across the sky in Chicago
A US driver managed to catch a vivid meteor on his dash cam whilst driving on the I-90 in Arlington Heights, Chicago.
The meteor can be seen flying across the night sky on May 10 before slowly fading out right above the shocked dash cammers.
Sammy, who caught this on dash cam, told Newsflare: "I saw a flash on my left side, I thought it was fireworks. When I saw it fly past my car I knew it was a meteor. My wife was in awe. We've seen meteors shooting in the sky before but this one was really close."
