Two earthquakes have left at least 16 dead in the Philippines this week as rescue efforts continue to find survivors.
Dashcam footage shows the moment a 6.1 magnitude earthquake shook the ground in Pampanga, the Philippines on Tuesday (April 23).
In the video, cars are being rattled by the tremor as shocked commuters stop their vehicles.
At least 16 people have died and dozens remain still missing.
