Displaced pets reunited with owners after devastating Camp Fire

Pets that had been separated from their owners as Camp Fire tore through Paradise, California, are slowly being reunited.

This video, filmed at Chico Municipal Airport, shows volunteers taking care of the displaced dogs. Since the fire, the airport has become a shelter for the pets, housing and feeding over a thousand animals that had gone missing during the disaster.

"At the moment we are currently sheltering 1,862 animals in total at our three emergency shelters. Our shelter teams are working hard to walk, feed, clean and care for all animals in our shelters," nonprofit The North Valley Animal Disaster Group wrote on Facebook.
