Dog Doesn't Drink Normally

Info from Licensor: "This is my sister's dog, Opie. He’s a rescue and he cannot drink water normally. It’s as if he’s biting the water or was raised by cats. No matter the bowl or temperature of the water, he always drinks like this!"
