Dog On Unprotected Edge of Ferry

Info from Licensor: "I was coming back on the 6 pm ferry from Vancouver to Victoria where I was filming for my latest documentary for my company Sandcut Studios. My videographer was getting a shot when he realized there was a small black dog that somehow got over the railing at the car deck and was running around freely on the edge. Pretty soon the whole boat came over to watch this poor dog, the boat came to a complete stop for about 20 minutes trying to save the dog and find the owner, eventually, the dog came back with the help of everyone. The boat ended up docking about 30 min behind schedule."
