Info from Licensor: "Two dogs named Rush and Will carry around two cats named Kylie and Tiger inside a trolley. The cats remain calm inside the bag and enjoy the ride with their heads hanging out. Although they are free to go out, they never tried, they have a great deal of confidence from the dogs who are leading them."
