Info from Licensor: "Isabela is always hit by the typhoon. When Magat Dam opens the gates to decrease the water pressure, we are the ones who will be hit by the flow of water. We are already prepared for the upcoming typhoon that's why we make sure that our pets are out of danger. Our place is always in the flooded area, that's why Monica, our dog in the video, is used to swimming when there's a flood."
