Doorbell Cam Shows Moments After Car Crashes into Home

Occurred on September 30, 2021 / St. George, Utah, USA

Info from Licensor: "My wife and I woke up to the most insane, loud crash sound at approximately 1 am. I ran to the entryway in our home not knowing what I was going to discover. As I looked toward the front door I saw the orange glow of a fire and heard sounds of a motor revving up. I didn't know if this was a targeted act or if someone was going to break in the door. I ran back into my bedroom and told my wife someone crashed their car into our house and it's on fire! She grabbed our 2-year-old and called 911. She ran to the bottom of our stairs and screamed up to our older three kids to wake up! While talking to the 911 operator, I grabbed our 4-year-old and all seven of us ran out to the backyard. We heard yells from the burning car, "HELP! SOMEONE HELP ME!" My neighbor rushed toward the car, I set down my 4-year-old and started toward the car. The car doors were blocked from entry column debris. My neighbor pulled wood studs out of the way to free the door to be able to open and get the kid out."
