Info from Licensor: "I filmed it because it was a bit of fun and practical solution to a problem. Basically, I drive around the country for my work in my van and wanted a practical solution to heat my food up whilst I'm on the move. I work in some very remote locations. The warmest place on an engine is the exhaust manifold, so I adapted a camping mess tin and tried cooking various forms of food in it. This was one of them."
