Drivers Ignore Traffic Cones at Construction Site

Info from Licensor: "I was working on a construction site and talking to a friend on the phone when I noticed multiple cars entering the site in the wrong direction. We have have flaggers on each end of the road holding stop signs, yet the cars in front entered the wrong way. This resulted in cars getting stuck and having to run over cones to get out."
