Enormous crocodile holds up multiple lanes of traffic in Mexico

A 9-foot-long crocodile held up multiple lanes of traffic while crossing a road in Tampico, Mexico, on June 11.

Police and firemen arrived and caught the reptile after it scared residents. It was then released into the Laguna del Carpintero lake on the opposite side of the road.

One resident told local media: "We saw the crocodile since it left the lagoon. Nothing happened then he crossed the street stopping the motorists from driver, it was huge.’’
