Excited graduate in China falls over on stage with university president in his arms

An over-excited graduate accidentally fell over on stage with the university president after hugging and lifting him into the air at a graduation ceremony in northern China.

The hilarious moment, filmed in Jilin Animation Institute on June 20, shows the university president shaking hands and turning the tassel for a graduate named Liu Tianqi on stage during the graduation ceremony.

After that, the excited Liu managed to lift the president up but the pair ended up falling over on the stage.

Two other graduates ran onto the stage to help them get back onto their feet.

According to Liu, their president was very friendly and nice. He even comforted him saying: "It is ok."
