Extinction Rebellion activist glues himself to Brazilian embassy in London

An activist from Extinction Rebellion glued his hand to the door of the Brazilian embassy in central London on Tuesday morning (13th August).

The embassy has been vandalised by the group, with fake blood thrown on it and graffiti such as "stop ecocide" and "vegan for climate" sprayed on the outside.

Police were on scene as more arrived to chant the names of dead environmental activists.

Extinction Rebellion London tweeted: "Come join our brave Rebels NOW outside the Brazilian Embassy on Cockspur Street to demand the Brazilian government STOP the murder of indigenous people and start protecting he [sic] Amazon!"
