Firefighters rescue boy hanging from fourth-floor window in central China
Firefighters rescued a boy hanging from the fourth-floor window of a residential building after his head got stuck in the security net in central China.
In the clip, shot in Fangcheng county in Henan province on July 30, a man stood on the third-floor balcony to hold the boy hanging from the fourth-floor security net.
Firefighters broke into the flat and tried to use a pair of shear pliers to tear down the security net.
Finally, they took the boy back to safety and contacted his parents.
