Firefighters rescued dog from icy canal while chasing ducks
Bella, the dog, gave chase when she spotted ducks - then fell through the ice into a West Mids canal. Her owner tried to rescue her by entering the water but retreated because of the icy temperatures. Fortunately, thanks to our crews, the tale has a happy ending.
