Four-metre long python caught in farmer's field

This enormous python was caught in a farmer's field in Chonburi, eastern Thailand, on January 14, 2019.

Workers were clearing the land when the four-metre-long reptile slithered out from the undergrowth.

Terrified workers called the local rescue group who arrived and made light work of the hefty serpent.

They bagged it up and drove it away to be released back into the wild.
