Freezing Texas Weather Cause Ceiling to Collapse and Flooding

Info from Licensor: I walked into my house and saw that it was flooded with approx 5 inches of water. At first, I thought it was a sink pipe that burst because of the cold but I walked into the bedroom and saw that my ceiling collapsed and water was pouring out of it. This is due to the freezing weather that texas is not built for. I called my boyfriends family and my family and we shut off the water, took out valuables, and then swept a majority of the water out of the house. I am safe now staying somewhere else until it can be fixed.
