Good Samaritan Hydrates Thirsty Dog on Hot Day

Info from Licensor: "I was working on my UPS route and noticed a dog chained to a fence with no food, water, or shade. It was a very hot day around 95 degrees out so I decided to give the dog water which he desperately needed, and call animal control to get the dog rescued. Animal control did come to the house and rescue the animal."
