Professional baseball player Mike Trout throws a ball to an excited little boy during the Los Angeles Angels match with Tampa Bay Rays in Florida on Sunday, June 16.
The centre fielder ran up to the stand where the little boy was waiting for Trout to throw the ball to him.
Ken Burke, who filmed this video, told Newsflare: "A little boy was trying all game for someone to give him a ball. He didn't care who gave it to him, he just wanted a ball to commemorate the game.
"Mike Trout had been looking our way the entire game, searching for who was calling his name so much. In the 6th inning, he spotted the little boy.
"The kid was saying, 'Mike, throw me a ball!' Mike said, 'Next inning.' The next inning he comes sprinting out of the dugout right for this kid.
"With a big smile on his face, he tossed the ball up to the little boy, he dropped it the first time and it fell back onto the field as seen in the video.
"The second toss up he bobbled it and made Trout laugh.
"Trout is one of the best players of all time and the fact that he still has the kindness in his heart to take time away to do these small gestures just increases his likelihood in baseball."
