Herd of red deer frolic in Highlands winter snow
Herds of red deer stags and hinds headed into the glen of Loch Shin to find scarce winter forage in the Scottish Highlands of Sutherland on Tuesday (January 29).
Snow showers, as well as icy conditions, have hit many parts of the UK, with weather warnings in place.
Some roads and schools were closed in Scotland, northern England and Wales on Tuesday, according to reports.
Similar conditions are forecast throughout the week.
