Ice jams force evacuation of 200 people in Ontario after spring flooding


Major spring flooding and ice jam forces evacuation of 200 people in Ontario, Canada as houses surrounded by ice and water as the weather warms up and cools down again as spring battles winter.

The town of Bolton had to be evacuated yesterday (March 16), following a number of ice jams that settled on roads as the nearby river Humber overflowed in the mixed thaw.
