Kate Winslet, Saoirse Ronan spotted shooting period drama 'Ammonite'
Kate Winslet and Saoirse Ronan descend the steps from Bell Cliff at the bottom of Broad Street in Lyme Regis Monday, as filming for period drama 'Ammonite' begins.
The film sketches a lesbian romance between palaeontologist and collector Mary Anning and a woman from London, possibly 19th-century fossil collector Elizabeth Philpot, although this has not been confirmed.
