Info from Licensor: In this video, my son, Eli (15 months old), is taking the Big Bird costume I made him for his 2019 trick-or-treating debut, out for a test drive. The town costume contest was the next day and he won 1st place in the 0-2-year-old age group AND won 1st place overall!
