Info from Licensor: "This was taken at my mom's house. She has a cat that she adores so she installed a pet door for her. However, my mom was messing with the settings and accidentally locked it. After months of using the door, the cat had no fear, and she ran face first into it. Now, she refuses to use it unless we open it for her."
