Kitty Waits for People to Turn the Tap on for Him

Info from Licensor: "I saw the cat sitting there on the fountain when I was walking home from work at around 15:00. I came up to him and turned the water on. When I left he stayed there in the same spot. The cat is not homeless, although he doesn't have a collar. He is well kept and well fed. I don't know his name or his owners. The park is Klambratún in downtown Reykjavík."
