Knotted Hair Saved by Talented Hairdresser

Info: She created a massive knot in her hair after coming out of the shower. Her mother and father had tried for 4 days to get it out using all shampoos and conditioning products but had no luck.. They were overwhelmed at the idea of shaving her hair. They were a lovely family. The apprentice and I started to comb the knots out, and I decided it would be good to record it as I knew that we could somewhat get it out of her hair.
