Lady Tries to Deny Poor Parking Job was Her Fault

Info from Licensor: I was returning to my car in the parking garage where I worked and saw that an elderly woman had hit my car and they were stuck together. I called the police they told me to call the hospital security. I was legally parked in a handicapped parking spot she was illegally parked in between two handicapped spaces with no handicapped decal. She immediately denied causing the accident even though it was clear.
