Locals stunned as waterspout looms in the horizon over the Philippines
A waterspout tornado formed on the edge of Laguna de Bay in southern Tagalog, the Philippines on May 18.
Appearing as funnel-shaped cloud, the waterspout was seen from nearby towns like Taytay.
Onlooker Larry Mar Garcia said: "After 15 to 20 minutes, there was a heavy downpour. I was on my way to the office then."
