London Paddington rail services disrupted after major power outage
Transport in London is experiencing major delays today due to power outages in Paddington station.
Footage shows a packed train being evacuated this morning (October 17) at 5.30am.
"Passengers endured in the early morning unknown commute difficulties leading to the train being evacuated," says the filmer.
Great Western Railway said that severe damage to overhead wires meant some trains were left stranded on the line between Paddington and Reading.
