Mail Worker Tosses Mail at Houses

Info from Licensor: "We have been having issues with this postal worker for a while now. She has been intentionally withholding my home's mail. We filed complaints at the Dorchester postal office and the supervisors did nothing. As a result, I moved my camera from my kitchen to my front window and caught that postal worker not only skipping my house but also tossing everyone's mail."
