A woman on a mobility scooter waits with cars for a turn signal before proceeding into traffic on a road in Georgetown, Kentucky.
The filmer was on his way back from a Walmart on June 2 when he spotted the woman, posting it on Twitter saying, "'y'all Georgetown is something else."
